Existential Process Group

A funfair invites you to play, take risks, discover the fun side of yourself, test your limits, and try something new. As adults, we forget how to do this with ourselves and with others. We play it safe, hold back, and stay in roles we know too well.

An Existentinal process group is like a funfair for grown-ups. But instead of rides we use words, trying out different ways of being and stepping outside ourselves so we can see ourselves more clearly.

In this 5-week process group, you will witness how the need for intimacy , authenticity, individuality, and belonging is shared by everyone, while also finding your own way of bringing these into your life.

🕖 Wednesday, 7:30pm to 9:30pm 
🎟️ $95 Per person | In person

*10 sessions across 5 weeks (2 sessions per night). Attendance is required for all sessions.

I am a BPS-accredited and SPS-accredited Counselling Psychologist with a Doctorate in Existential Psychology from the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London, U.K. My care philosophy is not to diagnose, label, or categorise but rather to work with the individual in front of me in the here and now.
